Novita x Laine 4PLY ist ein hochwertiges, fein ausgesponnenes Garn aus 100 % Wolle. Die elegante Qualität verbindet eine klare Maschendefinition mit natürlicher Wärme und einem angenehm lebendigen Griff. Dadurch eignet sie sich gleichermaßen für schlichte Basics, raffinierte Strukturmuster und detailreiche mehrfarbige Entwürfe.
Für das Garn werden sorgfältig ausgewählte Wollfasern verschiedener Schafrassen kombiniert. Die unterschiedlichen Eigenschaften der Fasern ergeben einen charaktervollen Faden mit schöner Elastizität, ausgewogener Griffigkeit und langlebigem Maschenbild. Ein 100-g-Knäuel bietet rund 400 Meter Lauflänge.
Ausdrucksstarke Melangefarben
Viele Farbtöne entstehen durch das feine Mischen unterschiedlich gefärbter Fasern. Dadurch wirken die Farben vielschichtig und lebendig, ohne unruhig zu werden. Die harmonische Palette lässt sich sehr gut untereinander kombinieren und unterstützt sowohl dezente Ton-in-Ton-Projekte als auch kontrastreiche Farbflächen.
Für Pullover, Tücher und feine Accessoires
Das 4-fädige Garn eignet sich für leichte Pullover, Cardigans, Westen, Tücher, Schals, Mützen, Handschuhe und andere Accessoires. Zöpfe, Rippen und Strukturmuster treten sauber hervor; Lochmuster erhalten eine leichte, elegante Wirkung. Für Fair-Isle- und andere Farbtechniken bietet die große Palette zahlreiche Kombinationsmöglichkeiten.
Auch Häkeln ist möglich. Da gehäkelte Flächen häufig fester ausfallen und mehr Garn benötigen, sollten Nadelstärke und Materialbedarf anhand einer Probe bestimmt werden.
Maschenprobe und Verarbeitung
Als Orientierung dient eine Nadelstärke von etwa 3,0 mm. Die Richtmaschenprobe beträgt 27 Maschen und 38 Reihen auf 10 × 10 cm. Muster, Nadelmaterial und persönliche Fadenspannung können das Ergebnis verändern. Für passgenaue Kleidungsstücke sollte daher eine ausreichend große Maschenprobe gearbeitet, gewaschen und liegend getrocknet werden.
Bei größeren Projekten empfiehlt es sich, die gesamte benötigte Menge gemeinsam zu bestellen. Die Banderolen sollten bis zur Fertigstellung aufbewahrt werden, damit Farbpartie und Pflegehinweise nachvollziehbar bleiben.
Schonende Pflege für dauerhaft schöne Wolle
Fertige Projekte vorsichtig von Hand mit einem geeigneten Wollwaschmittel reinigen. Nicht bleichen und nicht im Wäschetrockner trocknen. Das Werkstück nach der Wäsche sanft in Form legen und flach trocknen. Die Pflegezeichen der gelieferten Banderole sind stets maßgeblich.
